 I'm a creative communicator, with experience in writing, marketing, and the performing arts. Drawing on my love of dance and language, I am drawn to creative projects that uplift stories to support a better world. My work spans sectors, with a particular focus in performing arts communications and grassroots nonprofit work. I have experience with SEO copywriting, institutional branding, email marketing, and web editing.

In addition, I am a dancer, choreographer, and poet. I teach dance, yoga, and Pilates in studios and community spaces, and I am passionate about making space for movement in our lives. My dance writing and poetry has been published in numerous journals and magazines. In my free time, I love to curl up with a good book and a cup of tea.
